How to Request Data Deletion (Required by Meta/Facebook)

Users may request that their personal data collected by the ImGoing-Social app be deleted at any time. This includes data retrieved through Facebook Login as well as any information submitted within the App.

To request deletion of your data:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@iti-digital.com with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request – ImGoing Social”

Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Option 2: Support Portal Request

Submit a request through our support portal:
https://iti-digital.com/support
Select “Privacy / Data Deletion Request” and provide the requested details.

Processing Timeline

Once your request is received and your identity is verified, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Facebook Login Users

If you used Facebook Login to access ImGoing-Social, deleting your app data will remove:

• Your Facebook-provided profile information
• App activity and preferences
• Any stored data associated with your Facebook account

You may also independently revoke our access to your Facebook data:

Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Logged in with Facebook → ImGoing-Social → Remove

Removing the App in Facebook will stop all future data access.
However, you must still contact us using one of the methods above if you want previously stored data deleted.

Links to Third-Party Websites

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
