These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the ITI Digital AI-Ready Events & Places plugin, APIs, services, websites, and related infrastructure provided by ITI Digital (“ITI Digital,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By installing, configuring, or using the plugin or related services, you agree to these Terms.
ITI Digital provides structured Events and Places content delivery services, API-authenticated content retrieval, server-side rendered content responses, separated frontend asset delivery, hydration/bootstrap data for frontend interactivity, optional WordPress search integration, sitemap generation, canonical URL management, cache synchronization, and related content infrastructure tools.
The plugin communicates with ITI Digital-operated infrastructure, including services hosted through:
These services are required for core plugin functionality, including Event and Place listing/detail rendering, API-authenticated requests, separated script and asset loading, frontend hydration, optional WordPress search integration, sitemap generation, canonical URL synchronization, and authenticated cache invalidation webhook processing.
You agree to use the plugin and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
ITI Digital may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the services at any time.
While we aim to provide reliable availability, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
ITI Digital retains ownership of its APIs, infrastructure, service architecture, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property.
The WordPress plugin itself is distributed under a GPL-compatible license where required by WordPress.org guidelines.
The plugin may interact with third-party systems, hosting environments, search engines, and external platforms as part of normal operation. ITI Digital is not responsible for third-party services outside its operational control.
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITI Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or plugin.
ITI Digital may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
